The primary location of this position is the main Cullowhee, NC campus.
This multifaceted role involves comprehensive coordination of housekeeping and maintenance operations within Residential Living facilities.
With a focus on quality control, the position facilitates planning and guidance of resources related to housekeeping and maintenance operations, conducting visual inspections, prioritizing housekeeping needs, and tracking work progress.
Administrative support is a significant aspect, encompassing standardized clerical tasks, computer-based assistance for maintenance requests, and coordination of fleet inventory and safety inspections.
Training and policy compliance responsibilities include organizing team training, digital learning presentations, and collaboration with supervisors and safety management for health and safety compliance.
The role actively contributes to the creation and revision of housekeeping manuals.
Inventory and stock management tasks include determining supply needs, supporting material planning, and overseeing equipment inventory.
Additionally, the position plays a crucial role in human resource management, coordinating administrative tasks for hiring, onboarding, and scheduling housekeeping personnel, as well as organizing and tracking leave requests in adherence to departmental policies.
