Apply Today! Job Summary and Qualifications The MHA Administrative Internship program is in partnership with the University of North Carolina and open to Master's degree students who have completed the first year of the program.
The MHA Administrative Intern may participate in division, hospital and service lines operations to facilitate a holistic and broad view across the enterprise through job rotation, didactic, and experimental learnings.
Over the course of the MHA Administrative Internship, the Administrative Intern will become knowledgeable regarding the internal and external forces that shapes hospitals future, internal operations, and its relationship with key stakeholders: patients, employees, providers, payers, and the community.
What qualifications you will need: Required Education: Completion of the first year of an accredited Master's degree program with the University of North Carolina in business or a health-related field required.
