Solid wood.
We think it is from mid 1800's to early 1900's.
This all wood small antique chair has a footprint of 17.
25 (legs up front), 14.
5 (legs in the back) and 17" deep.
It is 35 inches tall.
The seat tapers from 17.
25 in the front to 14.
5 in the back and has unusual accent on the corners.
The seat is missing and can be re-caned or finished with a tooled leather or a fiber board tooled seat.
Flat head screws ~ metal tips on all 4 legs.
Photos at the end show what it could look like with alternatives to caning.
I oiled it with linseed oil recently.
