Original Antique Watercolor Painting - $50 (Brevard)

Original Antique Watercolor Painting I bought this at a yard sale in Pa.
about 35 years ago, and it was very old then.
If i remember right, supposedly it was painted by an old woman who had lived in the mountains in West Virginia.
It is signed but I can't make out the signature (see pix) Measures 12 3/4" x 24 3/4" Original frame and glass.
