Antique Lineberry Railroad Cart used many years ago on the platforms of the railroad station for people's luggage and supplies.
Nowadays they are used for coffee tables.
If you are searching for one, you will notice that many have the old thinner wood on top some of them are broken, they are nailed in place or have screws in however, this one you will notice in the pictures that it has a thicker Red Oak, Old milled wood.
The wood itself is over a couple hundred years old.
These were made in North Carolina.
You can see from the top it is not nailed or screwed in they are glued in place.
It measures 28" wide 52" long and it's 16" tall.
It's fully functional to roll around.
If you notice other ones the corners are exposed.
That's where they put the slats in for handles to move around.
I covered these up so the little ones won't put their hands in and accidentally fall over and hurt themselves.
It has three to four coats of finish on top.
This would be a great addition to your living room and a little bit of
history within your house.
