We would love to be your next GREAT employer! Job Summary The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the extraction, concentration, and/or adjusting of materials per Batch Production Records (BPRs) while incorporating cGMPs and following all accommodating SOPs within the manufacturing area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Job Level 1 – Manufacturing Technician Can perform all key aspects of the position proficiently: Performing cleaning and sanitation properly Disassembling and re-connecting equipment Performs start-up checks and adjustments as needed Able to run and operate production proficiently Can resolve normal and routine machine interruptions Follows Batch Production Records (BPR) correctly Maintains current training requirements and certifications independently Supervisory Responsibilities None Requirements: Qualifications Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous production experience is preferred along with basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to do calculations and conversions using preset formula.

Work Environment The work environment of this position is in a manufacturing plant.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
