*JOB PURPOSE:* The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities to deliver a world-class experience for onboarding new customers.
They are responsible for handling customer interactions once the customer has decided to move forward with purchasing technology from SimplyHome.
The incumbent will work to coordinate installation and conduct onboarding experiences.
Additionally, this role will lead efforts to fulfill customer orders for standalone products and services, as well as support help tickets generated by current customers.
This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week with a pay range starting at $18/hr.
Flexible schedule with office hours between 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative and dog-friendly environment.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES:* * Deliver an excellent customer experience for onboarding new customers and when engaging with existing customers to SimplyHome * Engage with customers and 3rd party technicians for coordinating installation scheduling of new sensor-systems, custom stand-alone technology, and follow-up site visits * Act as the owner and process leader of our installation & site visits calendars; coordinating and communicating all activities to the right parties * Act as primary user and representative for FieldNation application and utilization of 3rd-party technicians * Updates, supports, and maintains documentation efforts related to areas of responsibility * Provides excellent customer service for internal needs and coordination of activities with co-workers * Supports field technicians during stand-alone technology installations and updates internal records upon completion of these installations.
* Maintain strong working knowledge of the current technology utilized at SimplyHome in order to create effective work orders for independent technicians and guide the process of new installations.
* Perform other duties as assigned *EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:* * High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Two years of related work experience is required.
* Previous work experience using CRM or similar software is preferred.
* Previous experience working in customer-facing roles is preferred.
* Previous experience using SalesForce is helpful.
