Reading/math and executive functioning skills tutor K-3 (swannanoa)

I have over 10 years experience teaching young children.
I am currently a lead Kindergarten teacher with an MA in Mindfulness in Education as well as an MA in Child and Adolescent Psychology and a BA in Early Childhood Education.
I am trained in Fundations and will work on phonemic awareness, fluency, phonics, and comprehension with your child.
I am also trained in Singapore Math and can use manipulatives and kinesthetic modes of learning.
Your child will also receive the benefits of mindfulness, stress reduction tools, and social-emotional support in order to help them reach success in a sustainable and balanced way.
I can also support your child in staying organized, staying focused, and completing tasks.
I am professional and compassionate; I have references and will provide detailed plans, assessments, and progress monitoring for your child.
Your child's mental health, academic success, and self-image are inextricably linked; we will work as a team to create an individualized plan that meets the needs of your child.
I will require a parent meeting as well as a meeting with your child to determine if we are a good fit.
