Tangerine Milk Snake Rehome (Asheville)

Not able to properly care for it because of my mental health.
Snake was bought as a baby in about 2018.
Has not had regular access to food and may be stunted.
Still has appetite and could probably make a full recovery.
Will need new substrate.
Comes with cage, heating pad with thermometer, lighting, climb, hide, and timed extension cord.
I estimate the last time it was fed was around 2 months ago.
