Foster parent needed for sweetie baby maple (Hendersonville)

Hey guys, I am going to be starting an interstate moving company within the month and will be effectively homeless.
I got this sweetie girl maple to foster a month ago but as I have had a sudden change of plans I won’t be able to care for her as I think she deserves.
She is fixed and up to date on shots.
She comes with a crate, toys, roughly 60 lbs of dog food, and a leash.
She is free, all I ask is that if you live close to Asheville you maintain a relationship with her original owner and let her walk maple occasionally.
Here is what I have learned in the short time I’ve had with her, in order of importance.
She does not like cats and some other dogs, she adapts quickly to her new home BUT in the first few days I wouldn’t get in the middle of her and her food (she growls, look up “resource guarding”), initially I would bring water and food together to fill her bowls (1 cup of food twice a day).
In the mornings she will let you know she has to use the bathroom by coming up to the bed and occasionally jumping in with you.
And finally she does a cute trick while playing fetch where she will lay on her back and hold the ball with her paws.
She is definitely a sweetie baby and gets very excited to see me when I come home.
I wish I could give her a more stable situation but I plan on being out of state for a few days at a time She is free and if you want to meet to make sure she likes you and her family we can meet.
