Let me rent some space in your studio or workshop

Hi, I'm Justin.
I repair and refurbish vintage recording consoles.
The one I'm currently working on doesn't fit into the workshop in my house when fully assembled.
The one I've got lined up next is even bigger.
Perhaps you have a room that is at least 10x12, secure, climate controlled, reasonably safe, and has at least 10A of power on a couple of outlets where you wouldn't mind having a dude using mostly hand tools, soldering iron, etc.
to bring some recording consoles of the 70's and 80's back from the grave? If so, please let it be known.
If you've got studio gear in need of repair, perhaps we can work it out in trade.
If you're in need of a classic recording console, we can talk about knocking down the price in exchange for space to get it back into proper working condition.
If cash is what it takes to get into a space, that works too.
