Casio FZ-1 in great cosmetic + functional shape!
some scuffs here and there and small cluster of scratches along the bottom left below the keybed, overall a great example
screen contrast, backlight, and floppy drive function perfectly
an intuitive sampler with a very unique and powerful digitally controlled analog filter, 8 stage envelopes for filter and amp (like the CZ series), and a built in synth engine
the filter distorts and saturates beautifully, reminiscent of Curtis filters found in synths like the Akai AX60 or Sequential Six Trak, but with it's own special character.
there are mic and line inputs for easy recording of samples, (i like to plug a guitar direct in, sing into it, play a reverb'd out classic, loop it, and bliss out) loop points for precise chopping of samples (truncate samples down to waveforms)
a very special synth! from hi fi sample playback to warbling pads (it's got a random LFO), processed instruments, crazy envelope manipulations, anything you can dream up!
looking to trade for a Kawai K3 or sequential six-trak but open to other vintage poly synth offers
