1967 Marshall (JTM) 100w Blackflag Circuit
=================================
A true early 1967 Black Flag 100w, 8 input.
Without the double diamond rectifier layout it's not a true B.
F (see pics)
With the 8 inputs jumped together you can dial in more gain than a standard 4 input
I've owned this about 8 years and when I first acquired it it had been stored for 30 years (non functional)
Greg Germino's friend Ben owned this all those years and he took it to Greg's shop to finally get it up and running
So Greg went all through it top to bottom doing everything it needed
All 3 original tranny's needed replacing so top end spec Heybour's were installed at first
6 years later I went to Florida and bought another '67 100w with original iron so Greg transferred them for me
So for the last 3+ years it's back to stock iron!
Once acquiring 8-9 years ago I purchased a quad of matched Mullard EL-34 (XF2) 60's output tubes (the best)
I have all 8 original (RS) Radio Spares electrolytic gray colored caps stored in a bag still functional
For safety reasons Greg removed them.
If one was ever to blow it could take out a tranny but many leave them in
This is a very rare bird to say the least.
Any detailed question just call Greg I'm not to his level of knowledge
Yes, the tone is spectacular.
This is the same double diamond circuit Jimi played thru the last 3 years his life
