Ibanez CP9 Compressor/Limiter Vintage 1983 Guitar Effects Pedal - $140

This is my one-owner, well-cared for pedal that I bought in 1982.
It went from the original box to my pedal effects cases where it stayed until now.
You can see in the pics there is minimal wear and tear showing on this pedal.
The worst cosmetic wear is on the Ibanez badge on the top and there are two holes on the bottom cover that were drilled to mount it to my first pedal case.
I always ran my pedals off power from my effects cases.
If you search for “Ibanez pedal dating”, the general consensus to determine the dates of manufacture on these early pedals is the first digit in the serial number (in this case 3 for 1983), as well as the date codes on the electrolytic capacitors (in this case, the 16th week of 1983).
All the Ibanez pedals of this vintage used PC Boards made by Maxon.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the original box.
