Here we have a Yamaha EMT-10 AWM MIDI Sound Module (I actually have two to sell).
It comes with the User's Guide and Power Supply.
These units are considered 1/2U, which means they are 1 rack space high, but only 1/2 rack space wide.
The outputs are phono (also referred to as RCA).
When the EMT-10 came out, they were referred to as Piano Expansion Modules, but they'll MIDI up to any type of controller, or serve as a sound module responding to MIDI sequence tracks from a computer, etc.
While some of the sounds are not as good as the new stuff these days, yet the "Strings" and "Choir "Aahs" are remarkable, and is why I bought them in the first place.
