Casio CZ-101 - $275 (Mars Hill)

The CZ-101 is a great little synth.
This one has a freshly 3D printed battery door, OLED upgrade, and 9v battery mod installed.
Key contacts have been cleaned as of today.
Everything functions well.
The battery contacts were removed at some point before I purchased it.
With the 9v mod, and a wall wart, they really aren’t needed.
There are companies making usb to 9v cables now, so it could easily be run from a battery bank.
All the keys have yellowed, with the exception of the last one.
These could easily be whitened with retrobrite.
The enclosure is slightly warped, but it doesn’t hurt playability or functionality.
Here is your chance to get a CZ for cheaper than online.

I can throw in printouts of mods from an old electronic music magazine from back in the 80s.
