For sale is an early 70’s clear acrylic Zickos kit.
Kit is in great condition, some scratches here and there and light spiderwebbing on a couple lugs, but nothing that makes this kit anything but AWESOME and playable.
Zickos had some very cool and useful tensioning and it allows this kit to tune much better and consistently than most vintage kits I’ve used.
New-er Remo heads, and all hardware is in good condition.
These kits usually came in a five piece configuration with two 14” rack toms and one 18” floor, this kit comes with an extra virgin kick and RARE 16” floor tom.
If you’re looking for a vintage acrylic kit in good sizes, this is the one.
Sizes are: 14, 16, 18, 22, 22.
Kit comes with old but useable cases.
I also have some extra zickos hardware I can include, as well as a clear 13” Ludwig concert tom, if you are interested.
