2017 Martin 000-18 guitar - $1,950 (Swannanoa)

This 2017 Martin 000-18 is in great shape and is known as a workhorse of the Martin line with the strong base and rich, woody sound these guitars are known for.
It is great condition with a few light nicks and scratches.
The woods are mahogany back and sides with a Sitka spruce top and ebony fingerboard.
It has a K&K mini pick-up already installed for use with an amplifier.
This has a 1 3/4” nut width and a comfortable neck for improved playability.
Guitar was fully checked out recently by my luthier.
All of my guitars are kept in a smoke-free home in carefully humidity-controlled room with a humidification pack and comes with a original Martin hard-shell case in excellent condition.
I love the sound and the way this guitar plays, but shoulder issues make it uncomfortable to play this one.
