Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge, recommendations, and answering any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping area, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and demonstrate features to customers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
