$700 Room in Cozy Fairview Home (Fairview)

Hello home-hunters! We have a room opening up in our house April 1st and are looking for the right person to join our home.
Our ideal roomie would be excited to live with us like family: share meals, have fun and pitch in on household upkeep.
We value warmth, an in-it-together attitude and someone who genuinely wants to get to know us.
The room is furnished and we ask $700 with all utilities already included.
We don’t require a lease, but we’d prefer someone who wants to stay 6 months or longer.
We’ve got a very peaceful spot in Fairview with lots of green space and stunning mountain views.
You’d be sharing with me (36), my goofball kiddo (2) and our big fluffy dog.
