* To participate in the selection of a high-performance team.
* To maintain a high-performance team through educating, coaching, motivating, and appraising performance.
* To set, communicate, and monitor your team's productivity and service goals, monitor associate productivity and service levels, and provide on-going feedback.
* To manage the team's schedule within budgeted hours and based on business needs.
* To assign sales associates day-to-day tasks and direct their work.
* To exercise independent judgement in the hiring, promoting, assignment, and compensation of your team, and in conjunction with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to effectively recommend such action.
