Position Summary:
The Foreman will be responsible for reading blue prints and specs to effectively run jobs, as well as managing a crew.
This includes supervising and coordinating plumbers during assembly, installation and repair of pipes, fittings, fixtures of water heaters, water supply, and waste disposal systems for commercial and industrial buildings.
The candidate should also be able to properly order materials as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year supervision experience required.
Proficient in all phases of plumbing, with 3+ years’ experience preferred.
Must have a positive and cooperative attitude and excellent attendance.
Valid Drivers License required.
Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
Properly use safety equipment and personal protective equipment.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all types of hand tools.
Medical gas certification is a plus, but not required.
