You will be responsible for the following to residential customers in the Western North Carolina area.
* Construction; Carpentry, Shower and Flooring installation knowledge preferred
* Communicating with homeowners regarding applicable install questions
* Keeping track of Five Star Bath Solutions tools and vehicles
* Responding with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing project schedules
* Confirm homeowner approval for work completed
* Updating and maintaining job related information in tracking platform
* Building strong relationships with co-workers, tenants and owners.
Applicants should possess:
* 1-2 year construction/remodel experience
* Basic plumbing experience
* A professional attitude
* Ability to problem solve, and be a self-starter
* Diligent customer service follow-up and follow-through
* Great communication skills, responsiveness with a calm demeanor
* Ability to quickly develop client trust and relationships
* An outgoing, results-driven personality
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs
* High school diploma (minimum)
* Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $70,000.
