Candidate must be organized, have a clean driving record and able to communicate effectively with home buyers, homeowners, and subcontractors.
Primary reporting function to project manager.
Assist Project Manager as needed in the inspection of subcontractor's work.
Assist as needed direction traffic flow for deliveries, etc.
on site.

* Previous quality control experience preferred not required
*Physical Requirements*
* Be able to work from ladders
* Be able to lift 75 pounds
* Be able to handle and work in tight/confined places (ex.
crawl space)

* Pay will be based on experience ($20 - $23 per hour)
