Out house build and possibly more (Barnardsville)

Looking for an easy to work with motivated builder who has homesteader values, is creative, resourceful and considers their work an art form.
We've got a big vision and starting with a camp/glamp ground.
We're looking to ad another builder to our crew as our other is already busy with structure finishing and we need to have multiple projects happening at the same time.
Right now we need an outhouse built ASAP.
We're looking at the design below.
It will be modified with other finish materials but the structure design is what we're after.
Ours will be rain barrel fed for sinks and a pit style toilet.
Estimates from other skilled builder say 3 solid days will get it build and dried in.
Decorative finish out, we can handle unless you're really into that part.
If you're cool and we like the work AND you "get" what we're creating out here and want to participate in a more engaged way and make some residual we could barter some and you could build an a-frame to rent out for passive income.
Or we'll just hire you for the builds if that's not an option due to time/finances.
We'll be hosting events, retreats, managing the rentals, turnover, etc and would share the profits of said structure in quarterly dividend checks until paid back with interest for your labor AND you'd get access to an evolving retreat space for your family to enjoy.
