Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team.
As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
Duties: - Manage and supervise a crew of construction workers on-site - Coordinate and schedule daily tasks and assignments for the crew - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers - Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Assist in budgeting and cost control measures - Utilize construction management software such as Primavera and Bluebeam for project planning and documentation Requirements: - Proven experience in construction supervision or related field - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficiency in using construction management software (e.
