Someone needed to do rental property evictions for me.
Even if you have no experience, I can easily show you how to do it.
You will get paid for each eviction.
Basically, you will attend court in Hendersonville at 9am on a given Thursday and tell the judge the Landlord needs his house back because the tenancy has ended.
It's as simple as that, if the tenant does not vacate, then you will meet with the Sheriff at the property to do the writ/sit-out, and then the Sheriff will force the tenant to move out.
Then you get paid.

The Landlord will do the court paper work, which is the initial court filing to start the evection process.
