ISO A house to rent

I am searching for a home to rent in the Black Mountain area for under $1300 beginning in March.
I work remotely as a botanical illustrator (sometimes traveling for extended periods to do fieldwork) and grew up in North Carolina, looking for a small home to nest in with ample garden space.
My partner, our small cat, and myself would be in the space.
We are clean people who enjoy music, art, and growing food.
Hope to find a place in the Black Mountain community.
